Once he came out and diagnosed the problem he gave us two solutions one involving a system change, due to the age and nature of the boiler/system. Not once were we pushed towards the system change this was down to us. He managed juggle things round and squeeze us in 2 days later due to us having an 8 week old baby. Overall Chris went above and beyond to help us. His service, knowledge, cleanliness and friendliness are 5*. Will definitely be getting our business in future.
